What we collect
When you request a tow: your name, phone, email, the vehicle's description and plate, where it sits (the address you type and, if you tap the pin button, the coordinates your phone reports), where it goes, and your notes. When you list a tow company: the company and contact details, the trucks, the work you take and the credentials you declare. When you write to us: your message and contact details.
Where it goes
Tow requests and company listings are records of the Carrier Network, run by Mobility and Precision Systems LLC (mapsops.com/network). A request is forwarded to the tow operator we introduce so they can reply to you directly. A listing's phone and email are never shown publicly; the public card shows the company, the city, the trucks and the work. Contact messages stay with us.
What we never ask for here
A driver's license, an insurance card, a VIN photo or a payment. If an operator needs any of that, they ask you directly.
Cookies and analytics
A language preference stored in your browser. No advertising trackers.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you or your company, or to take a listing down. We answer within one business day.
